 EMR Suite™ Attendant Minimize

Included in MyEMR® HTML Help

To logon to MyEMR for Windows and/or EMR Datacenter:

1.  From the Windows Desktop, you will find the MyEMR® Suite Attendant icon.

2.  You will be presented with the MyEMR® Suite Sign-In.  For Site, choose Main.  For User, choose Default User

There is not a PIN number for Default User.
Please leave the PIN number blank.

Note:  You can, and should, define users with their own PIN numbers, as well as assign a PIN number to the Default User and Administrator account.  This can be done anytime from your Start menu by choosing:

    Start->Programs->Software Motif->User Security

User Security

3.  Now you see the MyEMR® Suite Attendant.  From here, you can press MyEMR 2006 to launch MyEMR for Windows.

4.  You now are at the Front Desk window ready to select patients.  If you are have just installed MyEMR for Windows, there are no patients to select so you should proceed to add new patients.

Advanced:  Outsourced billing services using multiple databases, which are designated as "sites" other than the "Main" site, or end users using separate databases for separate clinics but centralized billing can create additional site folders under the default C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data folder.  Each folder represents a new "site".  Samples of "site" folder directories are:

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main (factory default)

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Training (factory default)

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Miami

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Atlanta

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Columbia

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Raleigh

C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Richmond

A user can obtain a factory default initialized database by moving (or deleting) data out of the C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main folder to the actual desired subfolder, such as C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Miami.  Then, you can run the installation program again which will place a factory default initialized database in the C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main folder.
